In June 2020 I qualified as a Supervisor with a level 7 Diploma in Consultative Supervision.

As  Supervisor I embrace and support your uniqueness as a supervisee to develop our therapeutic relationship. For you to feel held as a practitioner, grow trust and develop a space and feeling of safety in opening up and exploring what is brought. As an integrative counsellor the work in this space is tailored to your needs.

My core models are

•  A Cyclical Model (Page & Wosket) which flows into a space to explore and be with anything that is present, evoking vision of choice(s) in what is processed and channelling that back into the work. 

• The Seven Eyed Model also referred to as the Process Model (Hawkins & Shohet).  This is a wonderful process where clear vision of the dynamics, culture and relationships within what is brought can be seen.

I am passionate in the provision of good supervision where supervisees can stand back, reflect, continue their development and embrace the learning that the work and difficult situations can bring.

I believe the above models and my integrative approach utilising therapeutic interventions within the space provided enables any supervisee to grow.
