How I work

I offer short and long-term counselling which is determined by your needs and what you wish to work on in sessions. Sessions can take place by face to face connections, telephone, email using Proton Mail, video link and Live Chat using VSEE.

To support your uniqueness  I work from an integrative counselling style, this means I offer therapeutic techniques which is felt to be the most appropriate to support you and what you are experiencing. The work is tailored to you, enabling you to feel free and safe to walk with me through what you are experiencing and possible choices you wish to consider.

My core therapeutic styles are Humanistic (Person-Centred) and Adlerian Individual Psychology, details can be found at these two web sites Adlerian, Humanistic (Person-Centred).
